Carolynn E. Grennell

Carolynn E. Grennell has an integrated approach to the practice of law, a perspective informed by her varying experience in the legal field to date, including growing up in and around her father’s law practice.

 At Gross Shuman, Carolynn’s practice focuses on corporate and small business needs including labor and employment issues, licensing and compliance, and litigation. She also practices in estate planning and has a special interest in private adoptions.
