Rachel Nuchereno is a law clerk with Gross Shuman P.C. who will remain with the firm as an Associate Attorney pending her anticipated admission to the Bar in January 2026. She focuses her practice in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate and Estate Planning.

Rachel works closely with Carolyn DeVaughn in our corporate law group to assist with the drafting and review of a wide range of corporate documents and contracts. She also works with clients seeking to form businesses to advise them on the various options and work with them to create a business entity that meets their unique needs.

As a member of the firm’s commercial real estate practice group, Rachel works alongside attorneys Jonathan Schechter, Joseph de Perio and Steven Arias to assist clients in all aspects of complex commercial real estate and lending transactions including drafting all necessary documents and acting as the attorney for lenders in commercial transactions.

Rachel also assists attorney Katherine Liebner in our estate planning department. She works closely with clients to draft estate planning documents including wills, health care proxy and power of attorney documents.

Rachel has served as a law clerk at Gross Shuman since 2024. Her previous experience includes working as a law clerk for a real estate development company as well as working for a family law group.

She is a graduate of Buffalo State University and she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo School of Law.
