Gianella L. Marciniak is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School and an associate with Gross Shuman, pending her forthcoming admission to the New York State Bar.

Ms. Marciniak works alongside her partners in our personal injury, commercial litigation and estate planning practice groups, assisting with research and matter preparation for a variety of clients across a wide-range of industries.

Personal Injury: Ms. Marciniak has assisted in various matters on behalf of clients in cases involving motor vehicle acidents, trip and falls, slip and falls and medical malpractice claims.

Commercial Litigation: She has worked on matters involving a range of legal issues including contract disputes and commercial real estate transactions.

Estate Planning: Ms. Marciniak assists in the preparation of various estate planning documents including wills, health care proxies, power of attorney documents and trusts.

Prior to joining Gross Shuman P.C., Ms. Marciniak gained valuable experience as an intern with the United States Attorney's Office. She then completed an externship with the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

During her time in law school she served as a member of the Law Review. She also served as the Chair of UB's Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition.
