Thomas M. Gordon
Areas of Practice
Thomas M. Gordon, a member at Gross Shuman, has been with the firm since 2006. Gordon focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law. From initial formation and set up to succession planning and profitable sale, Gordon provides practical counsel and solutions to businesses at all stages.
Gordon also assists clients in the areas of securities law, cross-border transactions, estate planning, and commercial real estate and financing. He belongs to the Erie County and New York Bar Associations, is on the Board of Directors of the UB Law Alumni Association, and has volunteered with the Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo and Erie County and City of Buffalo Code Blue. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and received his B. A. degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
