Thomas M. Gordon

Thomas M. Gordon has been an associate at Gross Shuman since 2006, where he focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law. From initial formation and set up to succession planning and profitable sale, Thomas provides practical counsel and soutions to businesses at all stages.  

Thomas also assists clients in the areas of securities law, estate planning, and commercial real estate and financing. He belongs to the Erie County and New York Bar Associations and is active in the Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo and Erie County. Tom is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and received his B. A. degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
