Tom Keable's practice focuses on corporate law, finance and banking and transactional work, including the purchase and sale of businesses, representation of lenders and borrowers in structuring financings and the negotiation and drafting of loan and security agreements, and the preparation of agreements for a wide variety of business transactions and situations.

A major portion of his practice consists of assisting Canadian businesses, lenders and individuals with their U.S. transactions and activities.

Tom also assists businesses with sales and use tax issues and planning and in handling audits and proceedings.

Prior to joining Gross Shuman in 2004, Tom was with Kavinoky Cook LLP as an associate (1982 - 1990) and partner (1990 - 2004).
