Jonathan D. Schechter is a 1992 graduate of the Detroit College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate and a 1993 graduate of the Boston University School of Law where he earned a Masters of Law in Taxation. His practice and expertise includes business counseling and corporate law, commercial real estate and financing, estates, trusts, taxation and cross-border and business tax planning. As a result of Jonathan's Masters of Tax Law, he has been able to represent both publicly traded and closely held businesses their owners with their legal needs as well as their personal estate planning. Jonathan has provided day to day counsel and representation and to publicly traded companies, small business enterprises, charter schools and not-for-profits on a wide variety of legal matters. He prides himself in providing services to his clients in a simple and yet thorough and cost efficient manner. |
