Gordon Gross is a founding member of the law firm. He focuses his practice on the areas of business counseling and corporate law, with a concentration in commercial transactions and leases. He has extensive experience with assisting clients in obtaining capital through public offerings and private investors, and assists with the registration of securities and Securities Law Compliance. Gordon has a long record of public service, including serving as Trustee for the State University of New York. In recognition of his dedication to the University at Buffalo and to the community at large, he was award the Samuel J. Capen award, the highest honor given by the UB Alumni Association, in 2010. His involvement with community service has included leadership positions with such organizations as Roswell Park Cancer Institute, St. Mary's School for the Deaf, the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo and Kleinhan's Music Hall Management, Inc. Gordon is involved with fund-raising for Roswell Park Cancer Institute. More information
