David H. Elibol

David H. Elibol, a partner in the firm, focuses his legal practice on personal injury and business litigation. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses in jury and non-jury trials, and in other proceedings in both state and federal courts.

In addition to litigation, Dave provides representation to athletes in a wide-range of sports-related and other legal matters.  He is currently an officer of and provides counsel to the Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association.

Dave is actively involved in the legal community. He has been a member of the Civil Practice Law and Rules Committee of the New York State Bar Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers since 2007. He is also an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (JLS Program), and is often asked to lecture at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys.

When not practicing or teaching law, Dave spends his time with his family.
